These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by PT CRIF Lembaga Informasi Keuangan or CLIK (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our information, content, website, applications, system, report, data, products or services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you or customer agree to comply with these Terms.

By accessing or using any part of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements to use our Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind the organization to these Terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal data. By using our Services, you agree we may collect, use, process and share your personal information in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy.
4. Services
CLIK Services are available through this site or other means. Services available may be changed at any time by CLIK. See website for list of currently available products. If You have questions regarding your company’s report or would like to dispute information, You may request an investigation by contacting info@cbclik.com.
Some Services are subject to additional terms and conditions, depending on the type of report provided. Some additional terms and conditions are included below and others may be provided to You during the ordering process. You agree to comply with all such terms and conditions when ordering and receiving the reports.
5. Permitted Use of Services
You agree to use the Services for lawful purposes only. In consideration for your right to receive and use Services under the Indonesia Credit Information Regulations, you agree:
- You will use the Credit Information Services for internal uses of the inquiring organization only and will not be resold or transferred;
- You will not shared or disclosed the Credit Information Services to a third party;
- You will use the Credit Information and Services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and additional use restrictions set forth in the Terms or hereafter adopted by CLIK and notice provided to You;
- You acknowledges that the Services you receives from CLIK under this Terms include non-public information about individual and/or businesses and, as such, You agrees that You will maintain the information in strict confidence and will not disclose such information other than to employees who have a need to know, or pursuant to legal requirements;

a. support the smooth process of giving provision of funds facility; b. implementation of credit or financing risk management ; c. identify the quality of the debtor for fulfillment of the regulations from Financial Services Authority (OJK) or other authorized party; d. human resource management; and/or e. verification for cooperation with third parties. |
You may only use the Credit Information for the purpose of:
a. support operational activities related to the identification of customer integrity from their credit risk; and/or b. selection of prospective employees, partners, agents, traders, and/or vendors; and/or c. compliance with laws and regulations. |
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Use the Services in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Services.
- Misrepresent your identity or use the Services on behalf of anyone other than yourself or your organization.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or services, or the accounts of other users.
CLIK reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we determine that your use violates these Terms.
“Credit Information” means products and/or services provided by CLIK in writing, verbally or by other methods, originating from (i) data on the condition of the debtor’s or customer’s loan facility or other type of fund provisioning facility, either in rupiah or foreign currency, in the form of credit or financing, securities and administrative account transactions as well as other equivalent facilities including those that are based on sharia principles as regulated in laws and regulations; and (ii) other data that can be used for describing the capability of certain parties in fulfilling their financial obligations including debtors or customer’s behaviour pattern.
6. User Accounts and Access to Services
To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account whether expressly authorized by user or not. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
If any information You provide is untrue, inaccurate or not current, or if CLIK has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate or not current, CLIK, at its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your use of any product and refuse all current or future access to the Services or suspend or terminate any portion thereof. Further, You agree that CLIK will not be liable to You or any third party if CLIK suspends or terminates your access to any of the Services for any reason.
CLIK may at any time, without notice or liability, add a Service, change or eliminate any Service or any content or feature of the Services, or restrict the use of any portion of the Services. Customer’s only right and remedy with respect to any dissatisfaction with any service-related change or elimination is to cease use of the Services.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and intellectual property on or available through the Services (including but not limited to text, information, video, graphics, logos, design, trademarks, software and other materials including its selection, assembly and arrangement) are the exclusive property of CLIK or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Services solely for personal or internal business use.
You may not:
- Copy, display, download, modify, publish, reproduce, repost, reuse, sold, distribute, transmit, use or create derivative works from any content available through the Services.
- Use any automated means to access or interact with the Services without our permission.
- Use any CLIK trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information without our prior written consent.
- The Trademark owner has exclusive rights to the Trademarks. Any unauthorized use of the Trademarks is strictly prohibited. You may not display or use the Trademarks for any purpose without the express written permission of Trademark owner.
If you access CLIK Services on a password-protected basis, then no part of any CLIK Services (including individual elements or documents contained therein) may be reproduced or distributed in any form or by any means, electronic or otherwise, now known or hereafter developed, without the express prior written consent of CLIK. Further, such password-protected CLIK Services may only be used for the express purpose that it is provided for, and for no other reason whatsoever.

Our Services may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites, products, or services. 9. Limitation of Liability
Our Services are made available on or accessed through this site, is provided to you “as is”, with no warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLIK and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business, arising from or related to (i) your use or inability to use the Services, (ii) any errors or omissions of the Services. The information, products and services available on this site may include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors.
NEITHER CLIK NOR ITS DATA SOURCES GUARANTEE OR WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, CURRENTNESS, MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF THE SERVICES OR DATA AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURY ARISING OUT OF OR CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY CLIK’S OR ITS SOURCES’ ACTS OR OMISSIONS, WHETHER NEGLIGENT OR OTHERWISE, IN PROCURING, COMPILING, COLLECTING, INTERPRETING, REPORTING, COMMUNICATING OR DELIVERING THE DATA OR SERVICES.
NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY CLIK, OR ITS DATA SOURCES, PARTNERS, VENDORS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES OR THIRD PARTIES SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY OR IN ANY WAY INCREASE THE SCOPE OF ANY WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN.
IN NO EVENT SHALL CLIK OR ITS DATA SOURCES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES TO BUSINESS REPUTATION, LOST BUSINESS OR LOST PROFITS), WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT, AND HOWEVER CAUSED, EVEN IF CLIK OR THEIR DATA SOURCES ARE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IF, NOTWITHSTANDING THE PRIOR PARAGRAPHS, LIABILITY CAN BE IMPOSED ON, CLIK OR ITS DATA SOURCES, THEN YOU AGREE THAT THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY OR ALL LOSSES OR INJURIES TO YOU CONNECTION WITH ANYTHING TO BE DONE OR FURNISHED UNDER THE AGREEMENT, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OR THE LOSS OR INJURY (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) AND REGARDLESS OF THE NATURE OF THE LEGAL OR EQUITABLE RIGHT CLAIMED TO HAVE BEEN VIOLATED, SHALL NEVER EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID TO CLIK BY ANY PERSON OR ENTITY FOR THE AFFECTED SERVICES AND CUSTOMER COVENANTS AND PROMISES THAT IT WILL NOT SUE CLIK OR ITS DATA SOURCES FOR AN AMOUNT GREATER THAN SUCH SUM AND THAT IT WILL NOT SEEK PUNITIVE DAMAGES IN ANY SUIT AGAINST CLIK OR ITS DATA SOURCES. THIS SUBSECTION STATES CLIK’S AND ITS DATA SOURCES’ ENTIRE LIABILITY AND THE SOLE REMEDY OF CUSTOMER IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROVISION OF THE SERVICES EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY LAW.
CLIK and affiliate of CLIK are not credit repair organizations, or similarly regulated organizations under other applicable laws, and do not provide credit repair advice.
CLIK do not monitor, compare or cross-reference the credit file associated with the purchasing consumer to any other credit file(s) maintained by the other applicable credit bureau(s).
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property rights, indemnities, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred and settled to the District Court of South Jakarta.
The laws applicable to the interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be the laws of Indonesia without regard to any conflict of law provisions. If you choose to access this Site from outside Indonesia, you do so on your own initiative and you are solely responsible for your compliance with local laws. You agree that any and all disputes arising under this Terms or out of our provision of services to you, if submitted to an Indonesia court of law.
12. Changes to These Terms
CLIK may change these Terms, including eliminating or discontinuing any services, products, content or feature of the website, restricting the hours of availability, or limiting the amount of use permitted. All changes shall be effective immediately upon posting the updated version on our website and update the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms. If you use the Services and/or your membership after CLIK has changed these Terms you agree to be bound by all the changes. You are expected to review the Terms periodically to ensure familiarity with any posted modification.
If any portion of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining portions will remain valid, enforceable, and carried into effect, to the fullest extent permissible. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
