The company successfully maintained financial health and created incremental shareholder value. These achievements reflect CLIK’s commitment to operational excellence and robust financial health, positioning the Company strongly for future challenges and opportunities.

Operational efficiency was one of the key-focuses for CLIK in 2024. The Company has completed the implementation of DLP (Data Loss Prevention) which functions as a tool to maintain data security. Furthermore, CLIK has also added security measures in the form of an extra security firewall, supported database growth and enhanced the IT infrastructure for the Data Warehouse (DWH).

Utilization of Foreign Labor 

Following five years of operations, CLIK has demonstrated significant organizational growth and effective knowledge transfer. Of its 69 employees, CLIK employs three foreign professionals who play a key role in cultivating an international and multicultural working environment.

Implementation of Governance

CLIK remained steadfast in upholding good governance principles, prioritizing transparency, accountability, and fairness. In 2024, the main focus of Compliance and Corporate Governance activities was directed toward aligning internal policies and ensuring client compliance obligations were met. Various intensive initiatives and workflows were successfully implemented to ensure optimal levels of compliance. Overall, CLIK has successfully attained an ‘Excellent’ rating on the GCG score scale self-assessment.
