Receptionist

Main Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, message and transferring calls
  • Greeting, welcoming and directing visitors appropriately
  • Receiving, sending of document and courier also receiving document and packets
  • Keep track of daily meeting room scehedule.
  • Prepare drinks for guests in the meeting room
  • Responsible to office cleanliness including but not limited to oversees small cleaning tasks through the day, such as dusting and wash the cutlery.

Main Requirement

  • SMA/ University degree are required
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Excellent written and vocal communication both Bahasa and English are an important key competence.
