Receptionist
Main Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, message and transferring calls
- Greeting, welcoming and directing visitors appropriately
- Receiving, sending of document and courier also receiving document and packets
- Keep track of daily meeting room scehedule.
- Prepare drinks for guests in the meeting room
- Responsible to office cleanliness including but not limited to oversees small cleaning tasks through the day, such as dusting and wash the cutlery.
Main Requirement
- SMA/ University degree are required
- Basic computer knowledge
- Excellent written and vocal communication both Bahasa and English are an important key competence.
